3rd Spectacular All Female Showcase!

Two Cookie February brings on the 3rd Spectacular All Female Showcase. The past 2 all female revues have been nothing short of tremendous. We've had comic artists, poets, writers and last year a musician to boot. The bar is set. This year we had to raise the ante.

On Tuesday February 4, at the Hungry Brain 2319 W. Belmont Ave. invited readers include

Janine Phan (producer and co-host of comedy show Entertainment Chicago LIVE),

Stephanie Lane Sutton (writer and co-founder of West Side School for the Desperate),

Jail Flanagain (writer and musician),

Carrie Colpitts (zinester, activist/archivist with the Transgender Oral History Project),

Jill Howe (writer and co-producer of lit series Story Session), and Rosy Phinick (zinester).

Hosted by Johnny Misfit. The show begins at 9pm. Donations appreciated. And as always, there will be free cookies.
